BEYOND PETROLEUM POSTER
British Petroleum has merged with Amoco to form one of the largest oil companies in the world. The launch of the new BP Amoco brand was not just of a new logo, but a complete reassessment of the role an oil company can and must play in our world today. The campaign needed to move beyond what one expects from an oil company, beyond any preconceptions, to talk about a new sensibility and responsibility about coexisting with our environment. Bringing awareness to the BP brand colors was critical, as well as developing a bold and clear voice. The photography is real, unexpected, mindful, and contemporary.
